Love is all around us, or so the song goes. It’s in the air, can we feel it?

This workshop is dedicated to love in all it’s entirety. We will be using the study of yoga scriptures and the work of Patanjali to help us get to the source. A session grounded in meditation for clarity. Generate vital energy which will heal protect and attract. Love is a magnet magnetic force. Like attracts like. Whatever your seeking is always there. We just need to lift the veil from our eyes.
Moving in ease and grace with yoga flowing postures. Each posture bringing strength and stability. Working from our core centre step by step, going with the flow.
